For your own collectible goods submitted for authentication & grading, please note that we do not compensate for any loss or damage that may occur during transportation. Any issues related to transportation should be addressed with the shipping carrier or courier service responsible for the delivery.

All goods are covered by us during the service(s) performed at our facilities. In the event of any loss or damage that occurs while your goods are in our possession and during the course of our service(s), we will take reasonable measures to address and rectify the situation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Unauthorized submission of cards by intermediaries, group subbers, or unverified dealers is strictly prohibited. Any submissions received in violation of this policy may be returned ungraded, and may result in permanent suspension of submission privileges. Authorized Dealer status must be confirmed and maintained through a formal agreement with Cosmic Grading Service.
