The Process
Order placed
Once your submission order is placed, the next step is to ship your cards securely to the address provided in the submission instructions sent to you via email. Please ensure they are well packaged. We accept top loaders and semi-rigids for safe transport.
Submission received
Once we receive your submission, you will receive your first status update, and you can track your progress through our submission status page. We’ll verify that the number of cards you sent matches your order details. After that, your cards will be sorted and queued for grading!
Grading process
Your cards are now in the professional care of one of our graders! Each card will be meticulously inspected, authenticated, and evaluated according to high grading standards. We utilize a combination of advanced software and the trained expertise of our experienced team to ensure accurate and consitent results.
Label & Encapsulation
Your cards have completed the grading process and received their grades. It’s time to create your labels! Each label has a unique serial number for database lookup. Your cards will then be encapsulated in either our ultra compact case or regular case. Both case variants are securely sealed using industry-standard ultrasonic welding technology.
Shipping
The processing of your cards at our facilities is now complete. Your slabs are packaged and on their way back to the address you provided. You can track your shipment using the tracking link sent to you via email.
